The Blues Circle is a new group lesson project I will be running starting Tuesday the 2nd of May 2023!
The purpose of The Blues Circle is to create a group learning environment where lovers of guitar and blues can come together and learn blues classics from the likes of Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughn and many, many more! As well as this, we will be discussing solo writing and improvisation techniques to help each and every member develop their own signature playing style and sound! All of this will be backed up with a solid back bone of music theory concepts to make things as clear and easy to understand as possible! Finally, at the end of the group, there will be a big group jam putting in to practice everything that we have been working on, with the lead solo opportunity being passed around the Circle as we go until everyone has had their go!
